Pak Bet Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pak Bet platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete your registration or, where applicable, from the moment you first use any feature of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Pak Bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly before claiming any new promotion.

2 Account Registration

To place bets or play games on Pak Bet, you must first register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information — full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Pak Bet account.
• You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of a third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on Pak Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Pak Bet reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or equivalent identification document. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Pak Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Pak Bet are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer (inter-bank)

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Pak Bet will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the name on your Pak Bet profile, the deposit may be returned and the funds held pending review.

Pak Bet does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges for outgoing transfers — these are outside of Pak Bet's control and are your responsibility to check in advance.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the point of depositing. Deposits are credited to your Pak Bet balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment network. In most cases this is immediate for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Pak Bet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or another verified method registered in your name. The supported withdrawal methods are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and Easypaisa) and Raast. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business days. These timelines are based on normal business days and may be longer during public holidays.

Pak Bet does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount that is sent. Any fees charged by your wallet provider or bank for receiving transfers are their own and are not imposed by Pak Bet.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Your account must be verified before withdrawals above the standard threshold can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance on your account must meet its wagering requirement before that portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must go to an account registered in the same name as your Pak Bet account.
• The minimum withdrawal is PKR 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 500 for Raast, and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer.

Pak Bet reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals. This is a security measure to protect both the player and the platform and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Pak Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a verified Pak Bet account.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per player, per household and per device, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is shown in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of claiming, as specified per offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited when the bonus expires.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, some slot games may contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a lower rate. This is stated per promotion.

Pak Bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after being claimed but before wagering is completed, any bonus balance will be removed from the account and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be voided.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or using automated software — will result in account suspension and for feiture of all associated balances.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Pak Bet are subject to the platform's betting rules. These rules apply to all sports markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other events available on the platform.

General betting rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation have not been accepted.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where Pak Bet offers a specific cash-out feature and that feature is available for the bet in question.
• Odds are correct at the time a bet is placed. In the event of a clear pricing error, Pak Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. These markets may be suspended at any time during an event due to key match moments (wickets, goals, red cards etc.) and will reopen once odds have been recalculated.
• For cricket markets, matches reduced by weather or other circumstances will be settled in line with Pak Bet's cricket-specific rules, which are available in the FAQ section.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by event, market type and account status.

Pak Bet reserves the right to limit betting stakes on specific markets for individual accounts. This may occur where unusual betting patterns are detected. This is a standard risk management measure applied across the industry.

7 Casino & Slot Games

Pak Bet's live casino and slot games section is governed by both these Terms and Conditions and the individual game rules provided by each game provider. In the event of a conflict, the game provider's rules take precedence for in-game decisions, while Pak Bet's platform terms apply to all account, deposit and withdrawal matters.

• All casino and slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Outcomes are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios with real dealers. Connection issues on your device do not entitle you to a refund of bets already placed when the connection dropped.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the game suppliers and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns in any individual session.
• Game malfunctions — whether technical errors in the software or a disconnection from the live dealer stream — void all related plays and stakes are returned.

Pak Bet may add, remove or temporarily suspend specific games at any time. Games may be unavailable due to provider maintenance, licensing changes or technical issues. No compensation is payable for game unavailability.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Pak Bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• Exploiting software errors or system glitches to generate credits or winnings beyond what would occur under normal conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime using the Pak Bet platform.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion measures or other responsible gaming tools by opening new accounts or using other players' accounts.
• Using someone else's payment method or account details to make deposits.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Pak Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include breaches of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious activity patterns or a request from the account holder themselves.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance is held in place and is not accessible to the player during the review period. If the investigation concludes with no breach found, the account is reinstated and full access to the balance is restored.

If you wish to close your own account, contact Pak Bet support. Any remaining balance after outstanding bonus wagering is settled will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Self-exclusion requests are processed permanently and cannot be reversed once confirmed — this is intentional, to protect players who are taking this step for responsible gaming reasons.

10 Privacy & Data

Pak Bet collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identities, process transactions and comply with anti-money laundering requirements. The full details of what data is collected, how it is stored and how it is used are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to Pak Bet collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data for a specified period.

Pak Bet does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) and identity verification services where necessary to operate the platform. All third-party data processors are contractually bound to handle data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

11 Responsible Gaming

Pak Bet is committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

To the fullest extent permitted, Pak Bet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, delays or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the amount held in the player's Pak Bet account at the time of the relevant event.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Pak Bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-site notification.

Continued use of the platform after an update to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
